Job Description
GTS Corporate is conducting a walk-in interview for Call Center Representatives. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators and can provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information and resolving customer inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues and ensure their concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center is an advantage but not required.
- Customer Service: A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
