The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the local regulations and procedures related to SEWA, municipal, economic, and civil defense with the contracting company.

Education: 12+/Any Graduate
Experience: 2+ years in the same field
Key Accountabilities:
- Experience in dealing with Sharjah Emirates in SEWA, Municipality, Economic, and Civil Defense with the contracting company.
- Good knowledge of applying for building NOCs.
- Having good knowledge of applying for a new trade license, renewal, and cancellation processes.
- Having good knowledge of applying for new tenancy contracts, renewals, and cancellation processes.
- Arranging site inspections from Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, Economic and Civil Defence, etc.
- Knowledge of title deeds, site plans, sponsor documents, and building permits.
- Coordination with the site team for the inspections, approvals, and sub-contractor payments.
Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Literate in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
