Qualifications and Requirments
- Secondary plus recognized technical qualification in Electrical
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FM Industry
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components and close the PPM’s in CAFM
- Inspect MDB, SMDB, MCC, DB, CP, circuit breakers, and other electrical components and maintain daily inspection checklists
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring and fixtures
- Ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
- Read technical diagrams, line diagrams and calculation load schedules
