Job Description: As a Document Controller / Secretary, you will play a key role in managing and organizing project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project documents in an efficient and systematic manner.
- Ensure all documentation meets established standards and follows company procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, update, and maintain project records.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Provide secretarial support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in a construction environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
