Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain quality control and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
- Create and update menus, as well as pricing strategies.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Promote the cafe to attract a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cafe/restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Adept at team management and customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
