Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Foreman to join our team in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams on site
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Manage materials and equipment on site
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Foreman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities
