Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 6000 – 10000 + Sales Commission + Car & Fuel Allowance

Job Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree / Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of Poultry sales and business development experience in the UAE.
- Experience in managing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Job Role:
- Identify key customers and propose plans to introduce new products, expanding business.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve annual sales targets.
- B2B sales with high volume customers.
- Increase distribution coverage by opening new accounts and evaluating potential.
- Develop a territory business plan.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of orders to sales coordinators.
- Route planning for sales representatives.
- Ensure timely collection of account receivables.
- Manage territory goals through prospecting, follow-ups, and client maintenance.
