Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues.

- Handle and maintain biometric machines, ensuring accurate and secure access control.
- Manage and troubleshoot web C-Panels to ensure proper functioning of web hosting services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support with a focus on CCTV, Networking, IP Phones, Biometric Machines, and Web C-Panels.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with the setup and maintenance of biometric machines for access control.
- Proficiency in managing IP phones and ensuring effective communication systems.
- Experience with web C-Panels for web hosting services.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
