- Proficiency in working with ITSM systems.
- Four years of relevant experience.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE, or CCNA are required.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting CCTV systems, Fortinet network systems, Windows 10/11, and Office 365 platform.
- Quick analytic response to resolve issues in any situation.
- Self-motivated.
- May require travel between multiple locations in the UAE.
