A company is searching for a highly experienced and organized FM ADMINISTRATOR to join their team. The role involves preparing circulars, raising purchase requests on the ERP system, preparing detailed reports for sites, conducting quality-based audits and inspections, reviewing and approving permit-to-work documents issued by contractors, and maintaining maintenance records. The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in FM or a similar industry, working knowledge in software-based FM like CAFM or Oracle, knowledge in presentation and reporting tools, excellent analytical and data collection abilities, and a valid UAE driving license.
