Job Position: Document Controller
Company Name: Al Mazrouei
Location: Ajman office
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining an organized system and documentation related to real estate.
- Organizing all company documents, including physical and electronic files.
- Developing and implementing a file index for each property.
- Ensuring all lists of properties and documentation are complete and up-to-date.
- Ensuring all documents related to tenants are complete.
- Ensuring all actual estate-government-related documents are up-to-date.
- Reviewing tenancy contracts to ensure correct details.
- Collaborating with the group to ensure complete, timely, and accurate document updates.
- Providing timely reports to the Director of Real Estate.
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the UAE.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
- Hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Attention to detail
- Active team player
