Job Opportunity: Customer Care Representative – FM
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, serving as the initial point of contact.
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about products and services.
- Take or cancel orders and gather details of customer complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Process orders, applications, and forms.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their requests are addressed.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, if applicable.
- Establish and monitor customer service standards.
- Identify tasks critical to maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs.
Requirements:
- Must have UAE experience.
