Job Description

Cambridge Medical is seeking experienced Clinical Resource Nurses/Educators for our facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in ICU or long-term care settings, with a focus on designing and delivering effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Development: Design and deliver training programs related to ICU and long-term care set-ups.
• Education: Provide education and support to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure all training aligns with DOH (Department of Health) standards and regulations.
• Communication: Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and mentor nursing staff.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• License: Must hold a DOH license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in training related to ICU or long-term care set-ups.
• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
