Position: Internal Auditor
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the real estate market. The key responsibilities include:
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
- Asset Safeguarding: Safeguard the company’s assets by implementing effective audit strategies.
- Audit Execution: Conduct thorough audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and regulations.
- Proficiency in auditing software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to senior management.
