Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook for our restaurant located on Muroor Road in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a strong understanding of various cuisines, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and quality standards.
2. Ensure all food items are prepared and presented with consistency and adherence to recipes.
3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following all hygiene and safety standards.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
6. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Cook or relevant culinary experience.
2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
6. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
7. Health and safety certification is a plus.
