Position: HR Operations Executive
Location: Al Ghayl Industrial Area, Ras Al Khaimah
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented HR Operations Executive to join our team at MESC. This role is critical in driving the success of our HR department by managing the recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing comprehensive HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
- HR Administrative Support: Provide top-tier administrative support to the HR department.
- Employee Contracts: Handle all aspects of employee contracts and documentation.
- HR Operations Efficiency: Continuously work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in HR operations.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle ERP preferred; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Salary:
- Up to 8,500 AED +++
