About the Role: Harvey Nichols – Dubai is in search of a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join its esteemed team. If you have 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the fashion and luxury sectors, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our exciting marketing initiatives, crafting creative campaigns, coordinating promotions, collaborating with influencers, organizing memorable events, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendars for the brand portfolio.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities as per agreed plans.
- Ensure compliance with Principal requirements and guidelines across all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams and BU managers to identify marketing requirements and provide support.
- Coordinate with the central team regarding marketing requirements ranging from POS materials to media needs.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely production of POS material and marketing collateral.
- Assist in reporting on brand performance, marketing initiatives, and post-activity analysis.
- Collate competitors’ activities for analysis and planning purposes.
- Maintain an effective archiving system for all executed marketing elements.
- Manage estimates, invoices, and payments to vendors.
- Support in maintaining annual budgets and monthly allocation.
- Build and maintain relations with key external parties such as vendors and mall management.
- Update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiatives.
- Timely update of website content for brands and portfolios.
- Collaborate with Brand Principals and Social Media team to develop relevant content.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate, preferably in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
