We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process customer requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements according to company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
