Position: Facility/Office Setup Manager

About the Role

Corplinx is seeking a highly experienced Facility/Office Setup Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing office setup and planning, overseeing facility management, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that office maintenance is carried out efficiently. Key Responsibilities

1. Office Setup & Planning

  • Manage the planning and execution of new office setups, including layout design and space optimization.
  • Coordinate office moves, renovations, and expansions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during office setup processes.

2. Facilities Management

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure the office environment is safe, comfortable, and efficient.
  • Implement and manage facility-related policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure that all office facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, are functioning optimally.

3. Vendor & Contract Management

  • Source and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality service.
  • Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance and adjust contracts as necessary.

4. Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Prepare and manage the facilities management budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial goals.
  • Monitor spending on office setup, maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Analyze cost data and suggest strategies for reducing facility management expenses.

5. Office Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Oversee office maintenance schedules, ensuring regular upkeep of all equipment, furnishings, and common areas.
  • Respond to and manage maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolutions to avoid disruptions to office operations.
  • Coordinate cleaning services and ensure the office is always well-maintained.

Qualifications and Experience
