Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of chocolate products according to company standards and specifications.
- Prepare packaging materials, including boxes, wrappers, and labels, for use in the packing process.
- Operate packaging machinery, such as sealing machines and labelers, under supervision.
- Ensure that all packaged products are properly sealed, labeled, and stored in designated areas.
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording packaged products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
