Detail-Oriented Professional The company seeks a dependable accountant with 2 years of relevant UAE experience to join their growing retail team and manage day-to-day accounting activities with accuracy and consistency.

Financial Operations Support Handle complete accounting operations supporting the company’s financial activities in retail environment with proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Manage daily accounting transactions and entries
• Ensure proper documentation for all financial activities

Inventory and Supplier Management

• Manage inventory accounting and stock control
• Handle COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculations
• Process and verify supplier invoice documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers on payment and invoicing matters

VAT Compliance

• Handle VAT calculations as per UAE regulations
• Prepare and file VAT returns accurately
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements
• Maintain proper VAT documentation and records

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct monthly audits and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives
