A premium women’s swimwear brand is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its market launch in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (Full-Time) + commission
• Part-Time option available (salary negotiable)
• Flexible working (initially remote; office to be opened later)
• Visa provided
• 2-month probation period

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with UAE retail outlets, boutiques, and distributors
• Create and manage market entry strategy
• Lead initial sales and marketing activities
• Handle local operations: orders, deliveries, and stock coordination

Requirements

• Experience launching consumer brands from scratch
• Background in fashion, apparel, or FMCG preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail and distribution channels
• Fluency in English
