Experience Background

  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices
  • Knowledge of construction project documentation requirements
  • Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities

Document Management

  • Manage and control all project documentation and drawings
  • Maintain document control systems and databases
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of documents
  • Track document revisions and updates

Construction Documentation

  • Handle construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Process submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and transmittals
  • Coordinate document flow between project stakeholders
  • Maintain as-built drawings and project close-out documentation

Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure documentation complies with project requirements and standards
  • Maintain document control procedures and protocols
  • Conduct document audits and quality checks
  • Support quality assurance processes with proper documentation

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Distribute documents to relevant parties in timely manner
  • Track and follow up on document approvals and comments
  • Maintain communication logs and correspondence records
