Essential Requirements
Experience Background
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience required

- Proven track record in warehouse operations
Industry Preference

Key Responsibilities
Receiving Operations
- Receive incoming pharmaceutical products and materials
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Inspect received goods for quality and quantity accuracy
- Process receiving documentation in warehouse systems
Storage Management
- Store pharmaceutical products according to proper storage requirements
- Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient operations
- Ensure proper storage conditions including temperature control when required
- Keep inventory locations updated and accessible
Picking and Packing
- Pick orders accurately according to customer requirements
- Pack products securely following pharmaceutical packaging standards
- Prepare orders for dispatch with proper documentation
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
Dispatch Operations
- Coordinate product dispatch as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare shipments for delivery with complete documentation
- Ensure proper handling of products during dispatch
- Maintain dispatch records and tracking information
SOP Compliance
- Follow all warehouse Standard Operating Procedures strictly
- Adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines
- Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
- Participate in regular training on warehouse procedures

- Receiving: Accepting and verifying incoming products
