Position Overview

Field Operations Management This role involves on-ground coordination of rider operations, performance monitoring, and ensuring optimal delivery service across Dubai zones through direct field engagement.

Data-Driven Performance Role Combine operational oversight with data analysis to identify trends, improve efficiency, and maintain high service standards across the delivery network.

Key Responsibilities

Live Operations Monitoring

• Monitor live operations to ensure optimal performance across assigned city zones
• Track and assess rider performance on city and zone levels
• Ensure effective rider utilization during both peak and non-peak hours
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Field Operations Management

• Conduct regular audits of fleet appearance and rider behavior through on-ground visits
• Stay updated with field insights and operational challenges
• Manage walk-in queries from riders at operational centers
• Facilitate communication between riders and management teams

Performance Oversight

• Oversee zonal performance metrics and delivery standards
• Take corrective actions including warnings, suspensions, or terminations for low-performing riders
• Investigate rider-related issues raised by customers or vendors
• Resolve queries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders

Communication and Coordination

• Liaise with fleet partners to ensure smooth operational communication
• Assist dispatchers with rider-related communication and coordination
• Facilitate feedback loops between riders and management
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by line managers

Essential Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry highly preferred
• Understanding of delivery operations and logistics management

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite for data management and reporting
• Strong analytical abilities for performance data interpretation
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced operational environments

Language Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• English and Urdu proficiency required
• Arabic language skills are a significant advantage

Practical Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License mandatory for field operations
• Ability to conduct on-ground visits and audits across Dubai
• Flexibility to work during peak delivery hours and operational needs
