Safari Hypermarket is hiring across multiple departments and levels, making this a broad opportunity for professionals with varying areas of expertise.
Assistant Showroom Manager — A leadership role ideal for someone with solid retail management experience who can support daily showroom operations, lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the store.
Leasing Executive — This position is suited for professionals with experience in retail leasing, tenant management, or commercial property within a hypermarket or mall environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills will be key to success in this role.
FMCG Incharge — A specialized role focused on managing the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods section of the hypermarket. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG product management, stock control, supplier coordination, and shelf management in a high-volume retail setting.
Department Supervisors — Safari Hypermarket is hiring supervisors across several specialized departments including:
- Delicatessen
- Fish
- Butchery
- Receiving
- Fruit & Vegetables
Each of these roles requires department-specific knowledge and the ability to lead a team, manage stock, maintain hygiene and quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations.
Experience Required
All positions require a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or hypermarket operations. Candidates with direct hypermarket experience will be strongly preferred, as the roles demand familiarity with the fast-paced, high-volume nature of large-scale retail environments.
