Essential Requirements

Experience and Background

• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience required
• Must already be based in Dubai
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Proven track record in accounting operations

Technical Excel Proficiency

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel mandatory
• Advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel

Professional Skills

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and principles
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure timely processing of all accounting activities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Data Management and Analysis

• Use advanced Excel functions for financial analysis
• Create and maintain accounting spreadsheets and databases
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
