🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through calls and digital channels.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Work in a 24-hour rotational shift to ensure round-the-clock customer service.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
  • Must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
  • Candidate must be available in the UAE and ready for rotational shifts.
