Key Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using any GDS system (manual command proficiency preferred).
• Strong understanding of ticketing, fare rules, and reissuance.
• Graduates with relevant travel or tourism backgrounds are welcome.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
