About the Position
Multi-Purpose Driver Role This position involves more than just driving – combining transportation duties with basic PRO (Public Relations Officer) services and administrative support tasks.
Dubai-Based Operations Work primarily in Dubai with occasional travel to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi areas, requiring comprehensive knowledge of UAE road networks.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation Services
- Safely drive and handle daily transportation needs for management
- Provide transportation for general office requirements and business needs
- Maintain punctual and professional service for all transportation duties
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journeys
Flexible Working Schedule
- Maintain flexibility with working hours as transportation needs can arise at any time
- Be available for urgent or last-minute transportation requests
- Adapt to varying daily schedules based on business requirements
PRO Support Services
- Assist with basic PRO work including document submissions to government departments
- Handle document collections from various offices and authorities
- Support administrative tasks related to government documentation
- Perform basic errands and office support duties as needed
Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition
- Ensure regular cleaning and basic maintenance checks
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Keep vehicle documentation and insurance current
Essential Requirements
Licensing and Experience
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a driver in the UAE
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Understanding of UAE traffic laws and regulations
Geographic Knowledge
- Familiar with Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi routes
- Knowledge of key business districts and government office locations
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge
- Understanding of optimal routes during different traffic conditions

- Ability to handle basic PRO-related tasks and documentation
