KFC is seeking a senior digital professional for a 12-month contract as Associate Director – Digital & eCommerce. Lead digital transformation across 22 countries and 1,200+ restaurants in the MENAPAKT & CCA regions with this strategic leadership role.

About This Strategic Role

Multi-Market Digital Leadership This position involves leading digital transformation execution across the MENAPAKT & CCA regions, covering over 1,200 KFC restaurants across 22 countries. The role is central to driving regional digital performance and business impact.

Comprehensive Digital Scope Lead digital initiatives across aggregator partnerships, delivery platforms, owned digital channels (web/app), loyalty programs, CRM systems, and digital media performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Execution

  • Drive digital transformation agenda across multiple markets and franchise operations
  • Act as strategic partner to market teams, franchisees, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, grow digital revenue, and build brand engagement
  • Support performance marketing execution and oversee full-funnel media performance

Platform and Technology Management

  • Lead enhancement and adoption of digital platforms including aggregators, web, app, and kiosks
  • Ensure continuous platform optimization, parity, and KPI delivery
  • Own Martech enablement and campaign performance tracking
  • Maintain governance of data feeds, tagging infrastructure, and audience frameworks using GA4, Firebase, and CDPs

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Work with analytics, technology, and brand teams to design, test, and optimize digital journeys
  • Support personalization and segmentation across CRM touchpoints
  • Drive app growth, customer retention, and increase frequency and lifetime value
  • Lead lifecycle program development and optimization

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate extensively with franchisees and multi-market teams
  • Ensure cross-market delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Translate global digital priorities into scalable local actions
  • Maintain strong operational excellence and process optimization

Essential Requirements

Experience and Background

  • 10-12 years of experience in digital/eCommerce roles
  • Preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or multi-market retail environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling digital channels
  • Proven track record in customer engagement programs and revenue-generating platforms

Technical and Strategic Skills

  • Strong experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, CDPs)
  • Knowledge of franchise operations and multi-market delivery
  • Experience in Six Sigma, process optimization, and agile execution frameworks
  • Understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel media strategies

Leadership and Communication

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, especially with franchisees
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex digital strategies
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
