Your Role in Guest Experience Excellence
Exceptional Guest Journey Support This position is designed to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered environment. You’ll represent the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey, contributing to flawless service delivery.
Hospitality Standards Maintenance Your primary responsibility is maintaining established cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards, ensuring orderliness and attractive presentation of all areas.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations Excellence
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure orderly and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors, and pantries
- Conduct all operational tasks while adhering to established service standards and procedures
- Deliver timely responses to guest requests and requirements
Guest Experience Focus

Essential Requirements
Experience and Background
- Previous experience in similar roles within a 5-star hotel environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level
- Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations
Education and Language Skills
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Higher Secondary education
- Proficient English language skills for guest and team communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
