Your Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations Excellence You’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring smooth billing processes and maintaining healthy cash flow:
- Handle invoicing, adjustments, and customer billing queries with precision and professionalism
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections to maintain optimal financial health
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and reconcile payments for management decision-making
- Allocate RTA fines and penalties accurately according to regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong foundation in financial principles and billing processes
Professional Experience
- 1-2 years of billing or call center experience
- Understanding of receivables management and customer service
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to create dashboards and analyze financial data
Personal Qualities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
