Strategic Export Sales Role

Key Responsibilities
Market Development and Sales
- Develop and manage export sales channels and distributors in assigned international territories
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and client segments in the global packaging industry
- Handle RFQs, pricing proposals, contract negotiations, and order finalization
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior in international markets
Operations and Compliance Management
- Collaborate with internal departments including production, logistics, and finance for timely order fulfillment
- Ensure all export transactions comply with international trade laws, INCOTERMS, documentation standards, and customs regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and documentation teams for seamless order execution
- Maintain export documentation and compliance with global trade requirements
Business Development and Representation
- Attend and represent the company at global trade exhibitions, B2B meetings, and online platforms
- Generate leads through international trade shows and digital platforms
- Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed client and prospect information

Essential Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field

Professional Experience
- 2-5 years of proven experience in export sales
- Preferably in packaging, industrial goods, or distribution industries
