Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join us as a Document Controller. Your role will involve managing and organizing company documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and protocol compliance.

- Establish and maintain document control procedures.
- Manage document flow, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
- Organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Accurately label, categorize, and securely store documents.
- Monitor revisions and maintain version control.
- Provide documents to authorized personnel upon request.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance.
- Train staff on document control procedures.
تقاضے:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in document control or records management.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
