As an HR Generalist at PureHome Real Estate, you will be responsible for various HR functions. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent. Utilize your knowledge of the UAE market to source candidates effectively.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive work culture.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to ensure employees meet expectations and receive the support they need to succeed.
- HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on UAE labor laws and ensure that HR policies and practices comply with regulations.

- A minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the UAE market, with a focus on real estate preferred.
