🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
• Order Management: Efficiently handle orders and invoicing processes.
• Payment Handling: Manage various payment methods, including cash, checks, and bank transfers.
• Order Assembly Coordination: Work with Production and Warehouse teams to assemble orders.
• Delivery Coordination: Liaise with customers and our logistics team to ensure smooth order deliveries.
• Showroom Assistance: Meet with walk-in showroom customers, address their requests, and provide assistance as needed.

🔎 Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination within the UAE.
