🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
- Order Management: Efficiently handle orders and invoicing processes.
- Payment Handling: Manage various payment methods, including cash, checks, and bank transfers.
- Order Assembly Coordination: Work with Production and Warehouse teams to assemble orders.
- Delivery Coordination: Liaise with customers and our logistics team to ensure smooth order deliveries.
- Showroom Assistance: Meet with walk-in showroom customers, address their requests, and provide assistance as needed.
🔎 Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination within the UAE.
