Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in wholesale banking
• In-depth understanding of company complex structures, documentation, KYC, and compliance rules
• UAE banking experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for wholesale banking clients
• Ensure all client documentation and KYC requirements are met
• Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and zero tolerance customer service standards
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Address and resolve any issues related to client onboarding
• Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale banking clients

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in wholesale banking and client onboarding
• Strong knowledge of KYC, compliance rules, and documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• UAE banking experience is essential
