Job Title: Wholesale Banking Onboarding Staff

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in wholesale banking
- In-depth understanding of company complex structures, documentation, KYC, and compliance rules
- UAE banking experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process for wholesale banking clients
- Ensure all client documentation and KYC requirements are met
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and zero tolerance customer service standards
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Address and resolve any issues related to client onboarding
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale banking clients
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in wholesale banking and client onboarding
- Strong knowledge of KYC, compliance rules, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- UAE banking experience is essential
