Qualifications and Requirments

• Secondary plus recognized technical qualification in Electrical
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the FM Industry
• Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components and close the PPM’s in CAFM
• Inspect MDB, SMDB, MCC, DB, CP, circuit breakers, and other electrical components and maintain daily inspection checklists
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring and fixtures
• Ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
• Read technical diagrams, line diagrams and calculation load schedules
