Job Description

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phones, e-mails, and faxes as a receiver and caller.
  2. Resolving customer issues.
  3. Handling customer accounts.
  4. Maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5. Recording customer interactions, Collaborating with other departments.
  6. Excellent Negotiator.

Education & Qualification

1. Six months to one year of call center (or) customer service experience preferred.
2. Graduated or equivalent required.
3. Fluent in English & Arabic writing/speaking (additional languages are preferable).
