Job Description
- Responding to customer inquiries via phones, e-mails, and faxes as a receiver and caller.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Handling customer accounts.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Recording customer interactions, Collaborating with other departments.
- Excellent Negotiator.
Education & Qualification
1. Six months to one year of call center (or) customer service experience preferred.
2. Graduated or equivalent required.
3. Fluent in English & Arabic writing/speaking (additional languages are preferable).
