Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility management organization by providing administrative support and maintaining office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and relaying messages.
  • Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Assist in drafting and proofreading documents such as memos, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
