Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility management organization by providing administrative support and maintaining office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing supplies.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and relaying messages.
- Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Assist in drafting and proofreading documents such as memos, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
