Job Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join us as a Document Controller. Your role will involve managing and organizing company documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and protocol compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain document control procedures.
• Manage document flow, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
• Organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Accurately label, categorize, and securely store documents.
• Monitor revisions and maintain version control.
• Provide documents to authorized personnel upon request.
• Assist in preparing and formatting documents.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Train staff on document control procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in document control or records management.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of document control standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) a plus.
• Familiarity with industry-specific documentation requirements advantageous.
