Job Opportunity: Poultry Sales Manager

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 6000 – 10000 + Sales Commission + Car & Fuel Allowance

Industry: Poultry / FMCG

Job Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree / Animal Science, Poultry Science, or related degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of Poultry sales and business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in managing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Role:

• Identify key customers and propose plans to introduce new products, expanding business.
• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve annual sales targets.
• B2B sales with high volume customers.
• Increase distribution coverage by opening new accounts and evaluating potential.
• Develop a territory business plan.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of orders to sales coordinators.
• Route planning for sales representatives.
• Ensure timely collection of account receivables.
• Manage territory goals through prospecting, follow-ups, and client maintenance.
