Job Title: HR Assistant/Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Assist the HR Manager with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in technical or landscaping fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in HR software and tools.
• Prior work experience in HR is required.
