Job Description

We are seeking a Planning Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the UAE, particularly in construction planning for villas or towers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project planning, scheduling, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Schedule Management: Handle baseline creation, schedule management, and project sequencing.
• Reporting: Automate reporting processes and manage claims and EOT (Extension of Time).
• Coordination: Work closely with project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with different teams to ensure project goals are met.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in construction planning, preferably in villas or towers.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; advanced Excel and Power BI skills are advantageous.
• Language: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Skills: Strong coordination, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
