DX Pack company is now looking for an experienced mechanical fitter in Dubai.

Job Description

The candidate for the EX – Certificate position should possess a strong understanding of equipment dismantling and reassembling. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing the condition of equipment to identify faults, damages, and necessary modifications. Additionally, they will need to carry out all mechanical dimensions as per the job card, record them, and report all defects and malfunctions on equipment to the foreman or supervisor.

The candidate must also have the ability to read and understand schematics, written procedures, technical drawings, and technical specifications, as well as assemble and install equipment according to equipment specifications and standard techniques. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of various types of rotating equipment, including horizontal and vertical motors, generators, brakes, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, blowers, and fans, as well as general knowledge of AC and DC motors, motors used in the drilling industry, Ex motors, mechanical and magnetic brakes, rotors and armatures, exciters, bearings, sleeves, shafts, seals, transformers, and other equipment.

Finally, the candidate should be familiar with workshop hand tools and machine tools, and their effective and safe usage.
